Of Course we recommend our own e-book!  Everyone should buy it!  Seriously, though, we wrote this to be a simple guide to landlords in Georgia on how to handle     evicting problem tenants. It is presented in a very basic format with plenty of sample forms and documents included.  We do a lot of Landord consultations, and we often find that a landlord may not need to hire us to take their entire case; They may simply need a little guidance.  That’s what this book is for.  Keep us posted if you would like to see any particular issues addressed in future editions.
